Design with sustainable elements.

Sustainability and health were taken into account in the interior design. Despite its enormous scale, the atmosphere in the building is natural and tranquil. A sophisticated material and color concept was developed, tailored to the existing interior and Greenchoice's identity. For instance, great attention was paid to sustainable materials. This starts right at the entrance mat, which incorporates recycled airplane tires. At Greenchoice, we were entrusted with installing the Corques Liquid Lino poured floor. Corques can be used as flooring in the education sector, medical sector, offices, and museums. A great choice for Greenchoice's office.

A unique building for a unique company. Greenchoice is a supplier of 100% renewable energy and forest-offset gas. We knew that a unique office space would come on the market: the former Bouwcentrum. After the war, all construction companies settled here to rebuild Rotterdam as quickly and efficiently as possible. Together with management and employees, we developed a new workplace concept. Where possible, employees will share workspaces. There is a wide variety of workspaces: for focused work, routine tasks, project-based work, and for scrum meetings, discussions, and brainstorming. This variety is intended to foster better collaboration, greater dynamism, and stronger connections between departments.
