Duracem was used as a seamless design floor in the former Wybertjes Fabriek Hilversum.

The intention is for the former Wybertjes Factory to redevelop the area into a sustainable and attractive mixed residential-working area with space for 56 homes and an office function. Green and sustainability is very important to this project. Duracryl has a rich history of professional, durable and seamless robust flooring for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Therefore, Duracryl fit well with this vision of the project and we installed our product Duracem.

ABOUT Eliza Vastgoed

Expedition Wybertjes Fabriek

Eliza substantially renovated the landmark building, which is part of the Wybertjes factory, and equipped it with an energy-efficient air treatment system with heat pumps. The new slim aluminum window frames are filled with triple glazing. Roof, floor and other facades are fully insulated. By restoring and strengthening the monumental industrial appearance, Hilversum retains a piece of history with the function as an office of approximately 1000m2.
