Ndurance is a strong, tough, and firm liquid-applied flooring made with vegetable oil, pigments, and recycled material. Ndurance contains no plasticizers and remains flexible long-term. Ndurance is a seamless, durable, resilient flooring with excellent properties. A perfect flooring without cutting waste, without seams, and therefore perfectly suited for schools, offices, and medical facilities.

Sustainability

Duracryl produces flooring based on natural and renewable materials. This has a significant advantage regarding climate change compared to fossil-based products.

For the accountability of the carbon footprint impact of each flooring product, we use the definition from the “Healthy Materials Lab at Parsons School of Design” in New York, a leading authority in this field.

“Currently, there is no universal threshold for ‘low embodied carbon’ in flooring materials. After discussing this research with experts, we have established a rigorous standard that can meet 2030 emission goals. These products, labeled ‘LEC’, embody less than 5kg of CO2 per square meter.”

All Duracryl products meet this standard and are called “Climate Positive Flooring.”.

Composition

Ndurance is a biopolymer-based rubber flooring with recycled content, providing a flexible feeling and comfortable floor covering.

Application

Ndurance is a tough, flexible, seamless, and comfortable floor covering. Ndurance can be used as a seamless decorative floor covering in the education sector, medical sector, offices, and museums, but is also suitable for residential surfaces. In short, Ndurance is a perfect solution for floors where the owners and users place a high demand on comfort, wear and impact resistance, and hygiene. Ndurance is a seamless solution from wall to wall.

Cure through

Ndurance is walkable 24 hours after the installation. The complete chemical and mechanical properties will be achieved after 7 days of curing at a minimum temperature of 15°C.

Maintenance

Regularly remove dust and, if necessary, clean with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaning agent. For further instructions, see the maintenance guide.

Installation

The concrete or screed subfloor has to be primed and levelled with a self levelling smoothing compound to obtain a flat and levelled surface. Uneven surfaces have to be leveled by e.g. diamond grinding prior to the levelling compound. All dust and loose parts have to be fully removed from all surfaces before the product is applied, preferably using a brush and/or industrial vacuum cleaner. Prior to the installation of the Ndurance a suitable primer needs to be applied. During the installation the room temperature needs to be at least 62 °F (15,5°C). The floor temperature need to be at least 59 °F (15°C) and minimum 3 °F (3 °C) above the dew point.
